Having established close relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers in Australia and Asia, it has allowed us to minimise on cost where possible without compromising with any quality of our Carbon Fibre products.

We at CarbonThat believe in our heart that elevating your style should not come at a cost or sacrifice of quality.

We do NOT use imitation soft plastic, silicone, TPU textured products that may LOOK like carbon fibre, but do not at all have the properties of 100% Real Carbon/Aramid Fibres. 

We use 100% Real 3K Twill Carbon Fibre and Aramid Fibres as stated in each product description. Our manufacturers and suppliers have more than 10 years of experience perfecting their technique of manipulating the fibres to an art. All of our carbon fibre products are backed with ISO Certification as proof of their quality. 

Being ultra thin, lightweight, shatterproof, waterproof and aesthetically pleasing, our Real Carbon Fibre products will exceed all expectations. 

CarbonThat ship our orders from Australia this means it may on some circumstances take up to 4 weeks for the products to arrive depending on where in the world you are based. Most of the time our products will arrive well within that time, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

Please provide up to 3 business days for processing orders before being shipped. 

Total shipping times vary between 1-4 weeks depending on destination. All orders come with a live Tracking No. to ensure prompt delivery and peace of mind. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly customer service team.

We do not provide refunds in the event that you change your mind after they have been shipped.

Please be aware that if you decide to cancel an order or partially refund an item that has been paid with Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final amount due to Afterpay's Merchant Fees. Shipping costs are not refundable, and a postage and handling fee may apply.

Refunds are only given for faulty goods within 14 days after delivery.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any product that has been opened and used.

We will assess your claim and if approved, we will either issue a full refund or give you a replacement (if the product is in stock).
